This disclaimer encompasses various aspects, including but not limited to transportation to and from events, engaging within your personal ability and comfort level, being aware of any preexisting conditions, and consuming alcohol responsibly.

NGWW does not assume liability for any loss, injury, damage, accident, illness, or other harm that may occur as a result of your participation in our activities and events. You hereby release and discharge NGWW, its organizers, members, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to such incidents.
